Site Status - Here There Be Posts (For Real)

The site looks void of content - but it's not, and please use the "More Posts" link in the main page to view posts available. I've been using Google's Blogger for literally decades, however, it's making me crazy lately with functions and settings that just will not work regardless of the tweaking done. 

If I move to another service the SkinnersBriefs.com URL will be moving as well, so anyone bookmarking that will be redirected.

In classic X-Files fashion, Mulder presents Scully with a puzzling case: a series of brutal animal attacks in the luxurious resort town of Aspen. The local authorities blame mountain lions, but the details don't fit. Mulder suspects something more... supernatural.  Scully, ever the skeptic, remains unconvinced, even as Mulder pulls out historical accounts of werewolves and mythical beasts.  With a free trip to a luxurious spa on the line (courtesy of Mulder's questionable expense tactics), Scully reluctantly agrees to accompany him. In the ensuing chaos, Skinner is thrust into the crosshairs. This heart-stopping finale leaves lives, and a budding romance between Scully and Skinner, teetering on the brink. Will they survive the night, or will the chilling silence of loss overshadow the festive fireworks? Notes:  The title of this final part is drawn from a Neil Young song, ‘One of These Days,’ which I’ve always enjoyed, but it really set a tone for the final scene with Skinner here.
